John is one of the producers of the 10 episode tv show "America to Me" which opened at the Sundance Film Festival and is currently being shown on STARZ channel. Academy Award nominated filmmaker Steve James (Hoop Dreams, Life Itself) examines racial, economic and class issues in contemporary American education in the multipart unscripted documentary series "America to Me." 

It takes place at the Oak Park River Forest High School, a very culturally diverse town, 7 miles from Chicago. Here is a link to the Chicago Times article.

Filmmaker Chris Adams of Paradigm Grey will be joining us in the studio to talk about the new happenings with the movie by the same name.The film will be playing at The Southside film festival this Sunday Oct 7th.

Co-hosting a new show called "Behind the Scenes" about "the business!" interviews the very talented Carl Amari!

Carl lives in Chicago, but goes back and forth between Chicago and LA based on the projects he is working on. And, he has worked on some very impressive projects, including an audio Bible series with many famous Hollywood talents, including Jim Caviezel as the voice of Jesus.  (Jim also played Jesus in the Passion of the Christ (2004), directed by Mel Gibson).
